From healthcare providers such as doctors hospitals paramedics and labs used to determine your past or present health condition to be used as we deem appropriate to determine eligibility for coverage, to process claims, to prevent fraud, and as authorized by you, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Our websites also gather anonymous information and demographic information, which does not personally identify you. We use this information to analyze our site usage patterns, and we may share this information with third parties for marketing reasons. Typically, this information is collected through "traffic data" and may entail the use of "Cookies," "Internet Protocol" addresses, or other tags or numeric codes used to identify a computer.
